Question - How long do your candles burn for?
With the exception of the Floating Rose Candle our candles burn for between 45 and 115 hours depending on the size of the Rose Ball. Further information is listed on the item page for each candle.
Question - Do your candles have a scent?
No they don't, they are absolutely 100% free of any fragrance. The reason we decided not to have them fragranced is because there are many companies who sell beautiful scented candles but very few who sell a beautiful candle which is safe to burn for people who suffer from allergies or are on medications and who actually react with different smells. Candle De Fleur offers people the choice to add an aromatherapy oil that they do not react to, as it is easier to add a smell than to take it away from the candle.
Question - Can I add a fragrance to a Candle De Fleur?
Yes you can. The best time to add a scent to your candle is when the wax is burning and has turned to a liquid mass around the flame as this heats the oil and acts as a diffuser and releases the smell. When buying an aromatherapy oil it is always best to choose a reputable brand as the quality of the oil will reflect on the release of the aroma strength.
Question - Do your candles comply with EU safety standards?
All our candles are fully compliant with UK and EU general product safety directives; EN15493/94/426.
Question - How much is shipping?
We use Parcel Force for all our UK deliveries over £4.99.
Parcel Force guarantees your item to you within 48 hours from dispatch and ensures your item arrives as shipped. A Candle De Fleur special and extra care needs to be taken in getting it to you.

All orders are dispatched within 2 working days not including the order date.

Delivery Rules and Restrictions
All orders require a signature upon delivery. If your delivery cannot be made for any reason a card will be left and you can collect your items from your local sorting office.
We will take all reasonable care to deliver to the address given. However we will not be liable for non-delivery or misdelivery as a result of incorrect data entry.
We are unable to process orders to a P.O Box address.
