REFUNDS

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in all the original packaging.

Just let us know that you would like to return your purchase by filling in the form on the Contact Us page. You will then need to arrange delivery of the item(s) back to us. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds will only be processed upon receipt of goods and verification of their condition. Refunds will be issued for the item(s) returned, not for any delivery costs. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and details of any refund due.

Refunds will be processed via the payment method you originally used. Please note that if you paid via debit or credit card this can take up to 5 working days to show reflect at your end.

EXCHANGES

 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in all the original packaging.

Just let us know that you would like an exchange by filling in the form on the Contact Us page. You will then need to arrange delivery of the item(s) back to us. Please include a note explaining what you would like to exchange to avoid delay. We will then refund if applicable or ask you to pay any balance due plus shipping.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
